Samura® santoku knife 17.5cm from DAMASCUS 67 series. Ideal for chopping fish, meat and vegetables.
Product Details
This Samura® Santoku knife from DAMASCUS 67 series, is a general-purpose knife and in Japanese means "three virtues", as it can be used to chop meat, fish, and vegetables. Its nose is sharper than the chef's knife, while the length of its blade is ideal for chopping.
The DAMASCUS 67 series of knives consists of knives with excellent design, comfortable, easy to use and very sharp. Their blades are made with the core of stainless steel VG-10 and have 67 layers of Damascus steel, which gives them high hardness and high corrosion resistance. Their ergonomic handles are perfectly balanced with their blades, so that you have complete control when slicing your food. For the proper maintenance of the knife blade, we recommend covering it regularly, with Camellia oil.
