METHODS OF RECEIPT – DELIVERY

SHIPPING METHODS

1. Pick up from the store

You can pick up your order from our store. You will receive an SMS that will inform you, that your order is ready. Our store is located: 85 Vouliagmenis Str., Glyfada 16674 (Within the CITYPLAZA Shopping Center on the Ground Floor).
You can pick up your order:

• MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY from 09:00 to 17:00 and
• TUESDAY - THURSDAY - FRIDAY from 09:00 to 20:00.

2. Delivery to your place

A. Within Attica

1. Delivery of BBQ Grills within Attica by our specialized technical staff
   The delivery of orders concerning grills with a shipping address within Attica (*) is done by our specialized technical staff and the shipping costs are FREE.
   
2. Delivery of BBQ Accessories within Attica
   For bbq accessories orders, worth more than 100 €, if the shipping address is within Attica *, the delivery will be made by our specialized technical staff or by courier company (ACS) and the shipping cost will be FREE.
   
   * The distribution network includes the Attica municipalities except Megara, Mantra, Elefsina, Oropos, Avlona, Malakasa, Grammatiko and the regional unit of the islands of Attica (Municipalities: Aggistri, Aegina, Kythira, Poros, Salamina, Spetses, Troizinia, Hydra).

B. Outside of Attica

1. Small Size Orders - By Courier
   The products are shipped with courier company (ACS) all over Greece and the delivery time is 2-3 working days.
   For small size and weight items (up to 2kg), the shipping cost is € 3.90. For products weighing more than 2kg, shipping costs are calculated proportionally with their extra weight (over 2kg). In this case, the extra charge is € 1 for each extra kilo.
   
   Shipping Time:
   As long as the products are in stock, your order will be delivered within 1-5 business days for areas inside and outside Attica (rest of Greece). All other deliveries will be made by arrangement. In the event that your order is not executed for reasons of force majeure (eg strikes), we will contact you for the delivery date of your order.
   Prices include 24% VAT and are valid for orders and purchases ONLY through our site.
2. Grills & Large Size Orders - By Transport Company
   DELIVERY TO ALL GREECE with a transport agency of your choice.
   The shipment is performed from our store until the transport agency is at the final destination. In order to send orders with a transport company, discounting products is required. We are not responsible for transporting products from your travel agency to your place.

B1. Orders worth more than 1.000 €
Sending orders at cost more than 1000 € to locations outside Attica is performed by a shipping company and the shipping cost is FREE.

B2. Orders worth less than 1.000 €
Sending orders at a cost below € 1000 in locations outside Attica is performed by a shipping company and shipping costs (€40) charge the customer.

 

3. Pick up from Box Now Smart Locker

You can pick up your order from Box Now automatic pickup lockers. With more than 2.500 lockers and 100.000 compartments across Greece, there is definitely one in your neighborhood. 

1rst Step: On Check Out Page choose Box Now as the Shipping Method.

2nd Step: Select the Box Now Locker you want to pick up your order, on the map.

3rd Step: As soon as the order is delivered to the selected Locker, you will receive an email / text on your mobile with the PIN that unlocks the locker with your order. The package will remain in the locker for 48 hours (with the possibility of a 24-hour extension upon request on the "BOX NOW – Track your Parcel" page).

• With value more than 100€, shipping is free.
• With value less than 100€, the shipping cost is at 2€
