Bread Knife 20cm, BAMBOO - SAMURA®

This Samura® bread knife from BAMBOO, features a toothed blade, that makes it ideal for cutting bread crumbs and other foods with a hard crust and a soft interior. Other than cutting bread, it can be used for cutting fruits such as watermelon, pineapple, citrus, etc. but also various cooked foods, such as large pieces of meat. It is made entirely of stainless steel (from blade to handle), perfectly balanced and extremely lightweight.
The BAMBOO knives series, consists of knives of exceptional efficiency, sharpness and high durability. They are made entirely of single-layer Japanese stainless steel (AUS-8) and do not have notches, rivets or joints, so that food debris does not stick to their blade and grow germs / bacteria. The knives of this series are very light in weight, ergonomic and have an original design, as their embossed handles look like the shape of the stem of bamboo plants.
