Product Details
This set includes 2 planks of red cedar wood, ideal for smoking fish (big fillets, eg salmon or whole fish, eg trout) and for the more adventurous cheeses (such as Bri and Camembert). To use, soak them in water (you can add juice, beer or wine) for at least 1 hour and then shake them well. Preheat the barbecue over medium heat for 10 minutes, rub them, with a little cooking oil on the top and then put the fish on them. Through steam, the fish will absorb the smell of wood. Keep the lid closed while baking.
