The set includes a Chef's knife, for cutting and slicing (in cubes) your food, a paring knife and a utility one, to cut and peel-off vegetables and herbs. 

The Butcher knife series includes easy and safe-to-use knives, with stainless steel blades, stain resistant, of exceptional sharpness and quality. The handle of the knives are ergonomic, made of special, heat-resistant rubber (TPE), so that they do not slip, from wet hands. The knives of this series will ensure you complete control, fast movements and clean cuts, as they do not dissolve / crush the meat.
