Thanks to its wide blade, you will be able to cut your meat but also cut small bones from fish and poultry, tendons and hard tissue. Both the blade and its handle are made of durable, Japanese stainless steel.
The BAMBOO knives series, consists of knives of exceptional efficiency, sharpness and high durability. They are made entirely of single-layer Japanese stainless steel (AUS-8) and do not have notches, rivets or joints, so that food debris does not stick to their blade and grow germs / bacteria. The knives of this series are very light in weight, ergonomic and have an original design, as their embossed handles look like the shape of the stem of bamboo plants.
