This set of Samura®️ KAIJU series knives is the ultimate set for any professional but also an amateur cook, as it has three of the most basic knives for any kitchen. The set consists of a Chef's knife, both for cutting and slicing (eg in cubes) of your food, a universal knife and a peeling knife, smaller to cut and peel fruits, vegetables and herbs. For the proper maintenance of the knife blade, we recommend covering it regularly, with Camellia oil.
