This SAMURA® SHADOW series Nakiri knife, it is used for cutting vegetables and thanks to its light weight, is fast and easy to use. The word Nakiri ("vegetable chopper") comes from the Japanese words "Na" and "Kiri" which means vegetable and chopper, respectively. Its blade, which is particularly sharp, has a vertical nose and its characteristic shape, reminiscent of a chopper.
