This Napoleon®️ high-quality maple grilling plank, will help you to smoke fish (such as large fillets, eg salmon or whole fish, eg trout). To use it, simply place it in cold water (you can add juice, beer or wine) for at least 1 hour and then shake it well. This procedure will ensure consistency in burning and smoking. Then preheat the barbecue to medium heat for 10 minutes, rub the plank with a little cooking oil on the top side and then put the fish on top. Through the steam, the fish will absorb the smoky aroma of the wood, giving you a very tasty results. Keep the lid closed when grilling.
