This cleaver knife from Samura® Reptile Series, is a great tool for any cook, professional or non-professional. Thanks to its wide blade, you will be able to cut your vegetables, meat, but also to cut small bones from fish and poultry, tendons and hard tissues. Both the blade and the handle are made of durable, Japanese stainless steel.
The REPTILE series of knives consists of knives with emblematic design and exceptional durability and sharpness. They are light in weight and have a curved back (so as not to bother the hands), so they are considered ideal for use by professionals. The handles of the knives are ergonomic, made of stainless steel and have a textured (reminiscent of the shape of a reptile), so that they do not slip out of the hand.
