This Grand Santoku Knife, from STARK series of Samura®, is a universal knife that in Japanese means "three virtues", since it can be used to chop meat, fish, and vegetables. Its nose is sharper than the chef's knife, and its blade length is ideal for chopping small and large foods.
The STARK series of knives has knives that are craftes from a single piece of extremely durable AUS-8 Stainless Steel and then sharpened manually using Convex – sharpening technology for long-lasting sharpness and less drag. Precisely balanced for professional use or efficient high-volume, STARK series knives also feature hollow, ergonomic handles that provide optimal comfort and a firm, non-slip grip.
