This Samura® chef's knife 21.2 cm from ARTEFACT series, is an extremely easy-to-use knife for both cutting and slicing (eg in cubes) of your food. Ideal for cutting meat or fish and chopping vegetables. It is made entirely of stainless steel (from blade to handle), perfectly balanced and extremely lightweight, retaining its cutting ability for a long time.

The ARTEFACT series knives stand out because their unique design reminiscent of ancient knives, forged from stone. These knives have ergonomic handles made of Stainless Steel and excellent durability, sharpness and quality blades made of 5 layers of Stainless Steel AUS-10, reinforced with Molybdenum-Vanadium, so that they remain sharp. Due to the tumbling treatment, the blades become coarse with a matte finish. Therefore, fingerprints are not visible and prevent sticking of food on them.
