Cedan Infusion Plank - Napoleon®

This Napoleon®️ high-quality plank, is made from natural Canadian western red cedar and it will help you to smoke seafood and fish (such as large fillets, eg. salmon or whole fish, eg. trout) and to make delectable desserts. The plank has a wave design which allows liquids to infuse your food with flavor also prevent the pooling and dripping of grease keeping your grill nice and clean. To use it, simply place it in water (you can add juice, beer or wine) for at least 1 hour and then shake it well. This procedure will ensure consistency in burning and smoking. Then preheat the barbecue to medium heat for 10 minutes, rub the plank with a olive oil (on the top side) and then put the fish on top. Through the steam, the fish will absorb the smoky aroma of the wood, giving you a very tasty results. Keep the lid closed when grilling.
