Those flammable pellets from ZiiPa® are made from 100% natural beech wood (no binder or additive), sourced from sustainably managed forests. They are specially designed for food and they give a delicate smoky taste to pizzas, meats, fish and vegetables. They have a high calorific efficiency and are suitable for use to ZiiPa® Piana pizza ovens.

Caution! It is a different product than the smoking pellets used in pellet grills, as they are flammable!
