The Not Just BBQ® Texan Steakhouse is a traditional American barbecue rub, with sweet and spicy flavours. The brown sugar gives this rub a little sweetness to complement the smoky flavours and ensures a perfect sear and beautifully caramelized crust. Sprinkle generously over steak, chicken or seafood before putting it on the grill or barbecue. The rub is also perfect on fresh corn on the cob or to spice up your roast potatoes. You can also use the rub to make a wet marinade with olive oil and a little lemon juice. The rub is packed in a nice metal tin that’s easy to clean after use. It has a convenient sprinkler to ensure an even distribution of the rub.
