The Greek Butcher's® rock sea salt is a 100% natural product since no iodine or other substances have been added and it has not undergone any treatment (e.g. washing). This salt was collected from sea rocks in South Crete and then left to dry in the sun. In addition to its delicious intense taste of iodine, its white flakes are rich in natural minerals and trace elements. This salt dissolves easily, so it is recommended to add it to already grilled / cooked foods. All you have to do is lightly rub a little grain of salt with your fingers over premium cuts of meat (steaks, fillets, etc.), fish, vegetables, salads, soups and stews and enjoy their taste.
