This Samura® paring knife from BAMBOO series, is ideal for cutting, peeling and chopping small fruits and vegetables. It is made entirely of stainless steel (from blade to handle), perfectly balanced and extremely lightweight, retaining its sharpness for a long time.
The BAMBOO knives series, consists of knives of exceptional efficiency, sharpness and high durability. They are made entirely of single-layer Japanese stainless steel (AUS-8) and do not have notches, rivets or joints, so that food debris does not stick to their blade and grow germs / bacteria.
