Boeuf Bourguignon Rub, 200g – Not Just BBQ®

Not Just BBQ® Boeuf Bourguignon Rub is a classic herb and spice mix to create delicious winter stews on the BBQ for the colder winter season. Or in the pan or stove, of course. The slow-cooked stew is a classic French dish. It is made of beef simmered in red wine, enriched with bacon, onions and mushrooms. It is the perfect comfort food. Simply season beef, add veggies or potatoes, place it in a cast-iron pan on the barbecue and let it stew gently. Easy to prepare and delicious to warm up on cold winter nights. Dosage: use about 20 grams per kilo of meat.
