Wok, Frying Dish – Cobb®

The COBB® Wok is a deep rounded dish made from the finest stainless steel, with an encapsulated aluminum base to ensure even distribution of heat. The Handles are heat resistant and designed to put the Wok directly on top of the lip of the Inner Sleeve. The Wok weights approximately 1.5 kg and is 29.8 cm in diameter x 6.4 cm deep. It holds up to 1 gallon at overflow. Stir-fry, make a stew, deep fry, sautee or boil with this Wok.
