The Offset XL charcoal grill, has a modern design, achieves excellent grilling and meets the high criteria of Broil King®️. It works either as a classic grill (direct grilling), as an oven for indirect or slow cooking, but also as a smoker. It is made of double walls of stainless steel for maximum efficiency and temperature maintenance, it has 2 grilling chambers (the small one is suitable for direct grilling or for placing aromatic woods while the large one for smoking or slow cooking of large pieces of meat) Heavy duty 2-sided type grates, built-in thermometer on the lid for continuous temperature control as well as 2 large wheels, for easy movement. Bake or smoke whatever food you like, such as steaks, ribs, poultry, pork and lamb, fish, vegetables, and even pizza or bread.
