Roaster Drip Pan Rack, for Oval 300 – Primo®

This Primo® set includes 2 enameled grates for use in the company's ceramic smokers (Oval 300 size), to give you the option of indirect grilling. On these racks you can place ceramic heat deflectors or a tray to collect the roast juices, to create a sauce. In addition, inside the pan you can place lemon juice, beer or even wine to enhance the taste of your roasts with the aroma of your choice.
