Butcher Paper, 45cm – Not Just BBQ®

The Not Just BBQ® Butcher paper is unbleached, without wax and without coating, greaseproof, breathable and specially designed to wrap and protect raw meat and fish during cooking. It’s perfect to keep the moisture up during the cooking process, the crust crispy and still lets in the delicious barbecue smoke. Also it prevents flavour air contaminations, This allows meat or fish to cook slowly without losing moisture or flavour. This paper is very easy to use. When used during preparation, just season your meat or fish to your taste, tear off a piece of butcher paper and wrap it carefully in the paper. Place it directly on the grill. This will generate extra heat or speed up the cooking process. Alternatively, put it on the pizza stone for slow cooking. Use it after cooking by leaving your food goodness to rest for a while in the butcher paper. Apply to brisket, ribs, pulled pork or steak after the cooking process to contain its moisture, juices, flavour and crust.
