This Chef's Soul® wooden board is perfect for cutting meat, fish, cheese, fruits and vegetables with a metal tray to collect the juices that of the food. It is made of natural Oak wood, cut with the End-grain method to be resistant to knives scratches. It has 4 non-slip rubber grips to prevent slipping during use. In addition, it can also be used as a platter / serving tray. All Chef's Soul® products are coated with edible oils, which prevent bacteria from entering the fibers.

How to use it

1. Hand wash the cutting surface with soapy water.
2. Dry it with a soft cloth or kitchen paper.
3. Every 3 - 4 months, lubricate thoroughly the entire surface with a soft cloth and beeswax or linseed oil. We want the cutting surface to remain moist and the pores of the wood to be filled with the wax, so that it maintains its antibacterial effect and is not easily scratched by the knives.
