Surprise old friends with a new take on barbecued dishes that you’ve served many times before. With this wood chip blend, a perfect mix of hardwood, and nut and fruit woods allows you to add a strong, spicy flavour to your tenderloin, brisket or hamburgers, giving these classics a whole new life.
Wood chips are ideal to give smoky flavor to your roasts or can be an alternative as a source of heat for grilling instead of charcoal briquettes.
Use the wood chips either directly on your charcoal or in the smoking box if it is a gas grill.

Put the chips in an aluminum pan full of water and soak them for about an hour.
For each grilling you will need about a cup of chips.
Prepare your barbecue at moderate temperature.
Drain well and add them to the charcoal or the smoking box.
When woods begin to smoke, move the meat onto the barbecue.
