It is ideal, either to keep your roasts, vegetables and sandwiches warm, or if you want to cook a little more a piece of meat and keep it juicy, without being over the fire. Its the innovative hinge design, that allows the rack to flip back when is not in use, to provide full access to the main cooking grids on the TravelQ™.
