This dry sharpener (no water required) is safe and easy to use, has two sharpening stages and restores the ability to cut smooth knives in seconds. The sharpening wheels are ceramic, while the body is made of stainless steel and has a non-slip plastic base.
The sharpening levels are as follows:
1st Level (Hard Sharpening): It consists of ceramic plates, used to sharpen the blade of the stabbed knives.
2nd Level (Soft Sharpening - Finishing): It consists of ceramic plates used for daily sharpening of the blade. Use this step to finish the sharpening after the 1st step.
