Griddles are one of the most useful accessories for the barbecue. This cast iron griddle is designed to be used on the gas side burner of Broil King® gas grills. It is made of cast iron with a durable matte porcelain finish and has two grilling sides, a flat (for frying) and a ribbed one for grilling. It helps you to cook various foods, such as meat, mushrooms, eggs or omelette, sausages, bacon, tagliatelle, pancetta and much more! You can easily move it on and off the grill, with the Broil King® Grid lifter, that functions as a removable handle.
