Burner & JETFIRE Maintenance Kit – Napoleon®

It's easy to keep your Napoleon Grill working efficiently and starting reliably by performing regular maintenance, which includes cleaning the JETFIRE™ Ignition and burner ports by using this maintenance kit. Use the brush to clean the electrode tip, and inside the pilot bracket on the JETFIRE™ Ignition. The drill bit is for clearing clogged burner ports on our stainless-steel burners. Gently, using a small cordless drill, use this tool to remove any debris blocking ports, being careful not to flex the bit.

The kit includes

• Small Cleaning Brush (Length: 12 cm)
• Drill bit (Length: 4.5 cm)

JETFIRE Ignition Maintenance: Ignition systems can become dirty or clogged over time due to obstructions caused by dirt or spider webs. Clean the ignition system of obstructions by sliding this cleaning brush into the ignition opening and brushing back and forth until obstructions have been cleared.

Burner Port Maintenance: Burner ports can close over time due to cooking debris and corrosion. Drilled out blocked ports using this drill bit in a small cordless drill. Do not flex the drill bit when drilling the ports, as this will cause the drill bit to break. This drill is for burner ports only, not for the brass orifices (jets) which regulate the flow into the burner.

Warning! Always wear safety glasses and gloves when servicing the grill. Wait until the grill has cooled completely before attempting any service.
