Answer the calling - your tastebuds are begging for a smoked dinner or a snack. While the barbecue is getting started, place your favourite fish - like salmon or trout - on the wood plank. Or try a special treat like smoked Brie or Camembert. Place the plank on the barbecue and smoke away. This Weber® set includes 2 small planks of western red cedar wood, ideal for smoking fish (big fillets, f.e. salmon or whole fish, eg trout) and for the more adventurous cheeses (such as Bri and Camembert). To use, soak them in water (you can add juice, beer or wine) for at least 1 hour and then shake them well. Preheat the barbecue over medium heat for 10 minutes, rub them, with a little cooking oil on the top and then put the fish on them. Through steam, the fish will absorb the smell of wood. Keep the lid closed while baking.
