Silicone Ice Tray, for 2 ice balls – Vin Bouquet®

The Vin Bouquet® mould creates balls of ice, with a diameter of 5 cm. This not only looks nice, a solid sphere of ice thaws much more slowly than ice cubes would, so your cocktail remains pure. The icing on the cake of whiskey, every gin & tonic, or any other cocktail. It is safe to use it in the freezer and it helps to prevent the ice from absorbing odors from other foods in the refrigerator. You can put one tray upon the other to save space and it has flaps to avoid water overflow. It has a soft silicone surface, so it is very easy to clean. Make ice for coffee, whiskey, cocktails, beverages or give the perfect shape on your jelly, yogurt, chocolate snacks, even on your homemade butter.

Tip: To get beautiful, clear ice, it is important that there isn't any oxygen trapped in the ball of ice. Boil the water before freezing it to avoid this.

How to use it

1. Lock pins in place
2. Put it under running water and fill it to the brim
3. Freeze for 12 hours
