The BAMBOO knives series, consists of knives of exceptional efficiency, sharpness and high durability. They are made entirely of single-layer Japanese stainless steel (AUS-8) and do not have notches, rivets or joints, so that food debris does not stick to their blade and grow germs / bacteria.
