This Grill Philosophy® seasoning blend is made from 100% natural ingredients, contains salt, lemon zest, coriander, garlic, sweet chili & red pepper flakes (bukovo) and enhances the flavor of pork meat (steaks, belly, loin, spare ribs, boston butt, knuckle). It is an ideal spice blend to marinate your meats for grilling in a bbq, in a pan / skilet, in the oven or for roasts / stews in a pot / dutch oven (3kg of meat).
