Samura® Santoku Knife 18cm, from MO-V STONEWASH series, ideal for cutting meat, fish and vegetables.
Product Details
This SAMURA® MO-V STONEWASH series Santoku knife, is a universal knife and in Japanese means "three virtues", since it can be used to chop meat, fish, and vegetables. His nose is sharper than the chef's knife, and the length of his blade is ideal for chopping. Its light weight makes it comfortable for frequent use, while the grooves hold air to prevent food (especially grease) from sticking to the blade.
The MO-V STONEWASH series includes knives with blades of exceptional strength, sharpness and quality. The ergonomic handles are made of high pressure fiberglass, G-10 and their oval-shaped design offers you a firm grip. They have a special antimicrobial, stainless steel collar. The blades are made of single-layer stainless steel reinforced with Molybdenum-Vanadium, so that they remain sharp. Due to the tumbling treatment, the blades become coarse with a matte finish. Therefore, fingerprints are not visible and prevent sticking of food on them. The knives of this series combine the traditional art of making Japanese knives with the high aesthetics, modern and elegant design.
