Chefs Knife 24cm, BAMBOO - SAMURA®

This Samura® chef's knife from BAMBOO series, is an extremely easy-to-use knife for both cutting and slicing (eg in cubes) of your food. Ideal for cutting meat or fish and chopping vegetables. It is made entirely of stainless steel (from blade to handle), perfectly balanced and extremely lightweight, retaining its cutting ability for a long time.
The BAMBOO knives series, consists of knives of exceptional efficiency, sharpness and high durability. They are made entirely of single-layer Japanese stainless steel (AUS-8) and do not have notches, rivets or joints, so that food debris does not stick to their blade and grow germs / bacteria. The knives of this series are very light in weight, ergonomic and have an original design, as their embossed handles look like the shape of the stem of bamboo plants.
