Useful Instructions
- Place the smoking chunks in an aluminum pan foil of water and soak it for about 2 hours.
- For each grilling you will need about 3-4 pieces of wood.
- Prepare your barbecue at moderate temperature.
- Drain well and add them to the charcoal or smoking box.
- When woods begin to smoke, move the meat onto the barbecue.
