It includes a grate for searing and a griddle. The porcelain enamel finish makes it easy to clean and the stackable pieces save space when stored. They are compatible with the Gourmet BBQ System (GBS) grates. Use the smooth plate to prepare delicious breakfasts with crispy bacon, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes, to sauté / fry vegetables and mushrooms and bake patties for your burgers. The plate has 2 holes to drain the fat. Use the diamond shaped grate, to sear steaks and to grill food you want to have perfect grilling marks such as pork, ribs, salmon and zucchini.
