Girloy Garlic BBQ Sauce, 265mL – Grate Goods®

A full, spicy and above all else a classic garlic sauce that originated in the garlic capital of America: Gilroy, California. They have made a garlic sauce a little spicier than usual, adding black pepper and other herbs and spices so it stands up well when paired with the smoke and grill flavors of the barbecue. Gilroy Style Garlic is delicious with a burger or lamb, seafood and/or shellfish. But also try the sauce with an avocado or grilled carrot. It can be used as:

Ingredients

Rapeseed oil, water, apple juice, sugar, brandy vinegar, egg yolk (from barn eggs), 3.5% garlic, apple vinegar, onion, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, herbs, spices, malted barley vinegar, mustard seed, acid (lactic acid, citric acid), modified corn starch, preservative (potassium sorbate), molasses, colour (carotenes), thickener (guar gum, xanthan gum), anchovy (fish), tamarind extract, flavouring, an oxidant (calcium disodium EDTA), natural flavouring. Store in a cool, dark place below 20°C.
