This Deba knife from OKINAWA series of Samura®, is the ideal tool for cutting and filleting whole fish and meat (such as poultry) with small bones. Thanks to the weight of the knife and the special shape of the blade, you will have total control and will be able to cut even small bones. The Deba knife is not recommended for cutting large and thick bones, as it can cause cracks at the blade of the knife. The knives of the OKINAWA series feature stainless steel blades, extremely sharpness, high corrosion resistance and round handles made of Rosewood. These knives will impress you as they combine traditional Japanese knife making techniques with modern design.
