Chef’s Torch anti flaring - HENDI®

This HENDI® hand torch works with 227g butane cartridges and has automatic ignition. It is reliable and very easy to use, so it can be used by amateur and professional chefs (patisseries, sushi bars, restaurants, etc.). It is ideal for confectionery preparations such as burning sugar in crème brulee, but also, it’s perfect for searing food (fe meat etc.) in restaurants and sushi bars.
