This Samura® boning knife from MO-V series, is an extremely easy-to-use knife that will impress you with its cutting and slicing ability. Thanks to its slim, long and stiff blade, it is ideal for filleting and cleaning your meat or fish from the bones.
The MO-V series of knives consists of knives with blades of exceptional strength, sharpness and quality. The handles of the knives are ergonomic, made of high pressure fiberglass, G-10 and have a special antimicrobial, stainless steel collar. The knives of this series combine the traditional art of making Japanese knives with the high aesthetics, modern and elegant design.
