They are a subtle companion to more delicate flavoured foods like poultry and fish.
If grilling is a pleasant hobby, smoking is the bbq epitome.Those who love the real barbecue, that is, long-time grilling at low temperatures, will love the smoking of meat. The result of smoking is the deep smoky taste and the tenderness that the meat acquires. Use the wooden smoking chunks either directly on your charcoal or in the

Useful Instructions

  • Place the smoking wood in an aluminum pan full of water and soak it for about 2 hours.
  • For each baking you will need about 3-4 pieces of wood.
  • Prepare your barbecue at moderate temperature.
  • Drain well and add them to the charcoal or smoking crate.
  • When woods begin to smoke, move the meat into the barbecue.
