Use Weber® Apple wood chunks to add a delicate hint of sweet apple to your roasts. They are perfect for smoking fish, pork, chicken and cheese. Smoking chunks are ideal for giving smoky flavor to your roasts or can be an alternative as a source of heat for grilling instead of charcoal briquettes. If grilling is a pleasant hobby, smoking is the bbq epitome.

Useful Instructions

  • Place the smoking chunks in an aluminum pan foil of water and soak it for about 2 hours.
  • For each grilling you will need about 3-4 pieces of wood.
  • Prepare your barbecue at moderate temperature.
  • Drain well and add them to the charcoal or smoking box.
  • When woods begin to smoke, move the meat onto the barbecue.
