Use apple wood chips to give a sweet fruity and smoky taste to your roasts. This particular aroma is more recommended for fruits, vegetables, salmon, poultry, pork and veal.

Those who love the real barbecue, that is, the long cooking at low temperatures, will love smoking meat. The result of smoking is the deep smoky taste and tenderness that the meat acquires.
Use smoking chips either directly on your burning coals or in the smoking box if it is a gas grill.
Useful Instructions
- Place the chips in an aluminum tray filled with water and soak them for about an hour.
- For each grilling you will need about a cup of chips.
- Prepare your grill at a moderate temperature.
- Drain well and add to the coals or smoking box.
- When the chips start to smoke, transfer the meat to the grill.
