Compact, space-saving and robust, that’s the AMBRI 480 G EVO. Equipped with the unique funnel system, this classic OUTDOORCHEF gas kettle barbecue features a contemporary new design and a wide range of practical details. A solid aluminium-cast iron hinge creates a premium feel when opening and closing the barbecue. The rubberised handle below the operating console and the large wheels allow easier manoeuvring of the barbecue. The front shelf is big enough to hold plates and barbecue accessories. The OUTDOORCHEF funnel system ensures even heat distribution inside the kettle and prevents harmful flare-ups as the burners are completely protected. Rather than catching fire, the funnel channels dripping fat into the collecting tray under the kettle. This makes sure food stays beautifully juicy and flavoursome. Another bonus, the inside of the barbecue stays clean. Some of the fat and meat juices that come into contact with the funnel evaporate, giving the food that typically intense barbecue flavour.
