Poultry Infusion Roaster - Weber®

With this Weber Style Chicken Holder, grill chickens, turkeys and small poultry and keep them juicy and tasty.

To use it:
Pour the mixture of your choice (eg beer, juice, oil with spices) into the bowl and then place the cone on top.

The cone holds the poultry upright while allowing the pan to hold the liquids that can be used in serving, for sauce or topping. With the lid on the top of the cone you ensure that the steam will add extra moisture to the roast. Non-stick ceramic coating makes it easy to clean even in the dishwasher.
