This cast-iron plate is designed to work on both sides. Its smooth side is suitable for frying while the stirpe side is for grilling.  Thanks to its 2 sides, it allows you to bake a variety of foods, such as meats, vegetables, mushrooms, scrambled eggs, sausages, salmon, fish slices, bacon and more!
